In 1982 Mylon & Broken Heart were guests on the 100 Huntley Street, a Canadian Christian TV program located in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Having this video of them performing “Child of the Father” from that broadcast brings back great memories for me.
This is where I was first introduced to Mylon and Broken Heart. I’m from BC, Canada and I my mom would watch 100 Huntley Street every morning. i would sometimes check it out and that morning I was sure glad I did. I felt an instant connection with the band.
Child of the Father was on Mylon and Broken Heart’s first album entitled “Brand New Start” and is still available through mylon.org. You can purchase either CD or LP from mylon.org.
